· for visits in Italian/English: minimum 2 working days* from the date of the visit, subject to availability

· for visits in other languages: minimum 5 working days* from the date of the visit, subject to availability

IN CASE OF GROUP DELAY:

· delay of less than 1 hour from the time of reservation: the visit can begin anyways upon arrival of the guests and will end no later than the time communicated in the reservation.
· delay of 1 hour or more from the time of reservation: it will not be possible to take advantage of the guided visit booked. Access to the space (without a guided tour) will only be possible after checking access availability with the staff on site.

CANCELLATION:

a cancellation with full refund is only possible if requested within 3 working days* of the date of the visit. In case of new requests, a new booking must be made.

*Working days are from Monday to Friday
